I was at a local Artisan market in San Francisco in the 2010's. We went there for a day trip before it fell into such horrible disarray, to celebrate my birthday. In the crowd of Artisans was an Asian man who was clearly a Painting Master. He could do in minutes and hours what most only dream of, and he could do it right in front of your eyes.
Master Artists these days all face a commercial challenge. Do they paint prolifically to enjoy their art, but feel forced to price it in a way that causes others to think they are something less, or do they only toil on a single canvas for months or years, cater to the ultra rich or worse, yet, corporate clients only, command what they are worth, but spend their lives building out a mental warehouse of unseen art?
The second is not an option for those that feel something familiar with this introduction. Please expand this section for more about my writing background and what I'd like to do next....
I have been actively publishing since 2015. An experience with a Rogue team of Bank of America Executives and an utterly bent Bank of America Attorney by the name of Tinkler fueled the fire in me to make things more personal. That series of publishing is grouped together on the "Organized 1" page.
From 2015 to 2025 I created 150+ websites dedicated to documenting the "modern world", as found in the United States. Most of the websites are investigative journalism centric with a lot of educational value, and some have a little inspiration baked in. Each website typically has 3 to 10 web-pages with 3 to 50 printed pages of written content. Some websites are far larger and longer, with 50+ web pages and 200 to 400 pages of written content, or more.
Whenever possible, I try to include flow charts or other visuals to convey information, as you might find in a good educational text book. . Using still images in that way is something I like doing. To date, my sites are almost totally absent of any self-done videos or audio streams.
I am described by some as a "prolific writer". I did 10 years of it in my spare time and for no money. I felt there were gaps in investigative journalism and media coverage related to white collar and commercial conspiracies that needed filling, so I filled in where I could, while also doing some educational curriculum and functional software development work in the same style.
As of 5/28/2025 I've decided to try to become a "for profit" writer, publisher, and author, but I'd like to try to do that a little differently than others are doing it at this time. I'd like see people to get a lot more for their one-time purchases of print content, and I'd like to see a far higher percentage of the sale price going to the content creators.
I believe the technology currently exists to try this now, although I'm not sure about the details yet. I'll have to try it to find out...
However, for this to be a success, those that explore passion by holding a book in their hands would have to change their buying habits some -- and I'm not sure I have what it would take to encourage such a shift, but I'd like to give it a try -- while targeting the younger generations and/or international readers who MUST get more for their money to catch up.
Please continue to read further to read more about how I'd like to offer for profit written content for national and global consumption.
-------------------------------
The primary current mode for "non-employed" writers seeking to profit on writing is still via "books" and "book publishing", although a new avenue for writers has also come along with the "substack" model and recurring payments from subscribers.
I have fought the urge for years to go that route, and while I still acknowledge, I may need to try to do that, to continue to help bring awareness to a world that napped a bit too long, I have an urge to try to do something new that is needed to upend the energy vacuum that is involved with the printed book industries.
With book publishing an obscene amount of environmental resources, money, time, and human energy are going into editing, production, distribution and presentation, and while each book is a work of art, a lot of money goes to those involved in the overhead of producing the material and little goes to the writers. Writers then have to use their books as a door-opener for paid speaking engagements, coaching engagements or other more costly services, and those wanting more from the writers have to pay more that many have to freely part with these days.
For the benefit of all and our environment, I feel there needs to be a change in the mode of offerings so people can get a lot more for a lot less money, and the money they have can then go towards other needs.
I realize those that currently cherish holding a paper back or a hardback in their hands may not appreciate this presentation system as much , and i'm trying to figure how to lure them over, given they are the best readers. If they don't look at this as an "either-or", but rather as a new alternative for publishing that is required to convey different and complex types of information in a more prolific way, hopefully that will work for all of us.
My goal is to make a living off of one time sales of written content. My goal is to challenge the modern day Educational Printing Giants and what's left of the newspaper/print media. My goal is to indirectly challenge those who are attracting readers for recurring payments, to make sure they are offering enough to command the recurring payments they are receiving.
Your purchases and financial support will go to good use.
A Reader's Guide to the California Small Claims Court System and a Ghoulish Conspiracy lurking behind the Curtain (coming soon)
Everyone paying attention to United States Commerce right now knows "lawfare" is consuming us all in unsound ways. It's unhealthy, it's a disease, It's become an addiction for some. Taking on the topic of Lawfare may seem complex. However, what if we can show you that lawfare silently infected the California Small Claims Court system as far back as the 1990's too? As preposterous as that sounds, it won't when were done educating you. When you see what "they" did to hide it there in ways you can verify for yourself today, you should be furious too.
What you can learn from this is extremely important, and it's something we need to use for far larger dialogue about far larger legal lobby corruption problems in coming books.
In order to fix problems you first must identify them clearly. This problem has never been identified to the public, as near as we can tell. The second step in problem solving is proposing solutions. The third step is execution, in more ways than one.
While this mess may initially seem like it's to large to tackle for the independent patriots struggling to keep up, there are in fact at least 2 very simple, straight forward changes that can be made in California to turn Legal Ghouls and those they are controlling on their backs, nearly overnight. The goal with this book is to introduce you to the problems. Provide some history and get you comfortable with vocabulary. Then subsequent books will be used to present very targeted solutions.
While this book was written for California Citizens first, it should be read by all. You need to investigate your own small claims systems too. If the structure is not equitable as opposed to legal, and the appellate corruption system is there at it is in California, and/or the attorney engagement portal is there, as is found in California, you need to shout out about it too. As part of this process, we would like to gather feedback on generalities of the small claims procedure and appeals process in all 50 states and your jurisdiction too. We'll publish a spreadsheet with that data so we can all see where else has been infected too. If you want to fix the American Lawfare system, it can start with a lesson on lawfare in small claims, and a return to proper Small Claims Courts across the land, believe it or not.
What Ghouls in the shadows await? When did they get there and how? A Commercial Conspiracy that most never knew they had!
What you don't know could bankrupt you in Small Claims court too . This is the "tail" of a missing conspiracy theory for sure !
Where do you get your current ideas about what small claims court is and how it works? If you think about it, it was probably from TV, right? Shows like "The People's Court" or "Judge Judy"?
What if you needed to use it, it was "kind of presented" by your municipality like you thought it might be, but then when you used it, you started to realize it was nothing like what you thought it was -- and then over a few encounters, you came to realize the county and state were seemingly, intentionally obfuscating facts about it.
Then, eventually, after you had been violated by too many local small business people too many times to be a coincidence, you tried to use it again -- and the people you sued were acting care-free in a bizarre way given the facts against them -- that forced you to look harder into the "appeal process" and that's when you found the county and state were presenting things in vague and bizarre ways.
Then, as you started piecing things together with other facts tossed in that none needing to use small claims or big claims would have ever discovered at all, you realized you could go into a hearing in small claims for a straight forward contract dispute, win in small claims, be forced to an appeal and not only loose at the appeal, but be responsible for Attorney Fees of the defendant in a court system you had been led to believe allowed no Attorneys to participate in at all.
Does that sound a bit "Ghoulish" to you too?
It should and in fact, the problems are far, far worse than that in California right now.
What if the Judges were actually biased in ways they are not supposed to be due to a Brotherhood Bond with Attorneys that is stronger than it was ever intended to be, and what if there were statute manipulations done decades ago that were NOT lawful or proper, and what if those created an additional basis for unlawful legal manipulation that could be used to wipe you out.
Surely no such systems like this exist in the United States, right? Surely no tax payers would be funding this, right?
The questions you need to ask now, and quickly, is when, where, and how did it go wrong. Who did it. Can it be Fixed? If so, how can it be fixed and who can be charged with doing it?
