I just left you a voicemail as well.

Mike Moorish is my Permit Service Provider. When he applied for my permit in July 2022, he indicated your system was auto populated with the prior home owner's name (Micah Forstein). We purchased the home from him in May 2021. That seemed odd. I mentioned it to Elizabeth and Jim in an email dialogue a while back and thought it would fix itself but it has not.

I'd like to get that corrected before making the final payment if possible. It just seems like something that should be done. Hopefully this is an easy modification.

Please advise

I just paid. What happens next? Do I get an email confirmation of payment and emailed permit ? Will I be able to print the permit or is it mailed? Out of curiosity, is that name change something Elizabeth and/or Jim should have been able to do or is that limited to certain ppl? I asked for help a few times and they were just silent. It seemed odd.

The permit is ready to be issued. Please advise who will be signing for the permit "owner or contractor"

If owner and owner builder form will need to be completed and provide an email for the owner so we can send the necessary documents.

If contractor we will need contractor’s license number, full name, and email.

We are open to the public now if you wish to skip thru the current task list of electronic processing, staff will do their best to assist you in person with your request. Just an FYI. Permits can only be issue to the property owner, a licensed contractor and or agent with written authorization. If the plans where approved electronic and you wish staff provides you with the digital plans, please bring a USB.

If I seem to recall we submitted an owner-builder document with our application?

I'm the property owner and I will be signing for it.

I am a licensed contractor in Maryland but not here in CA.

Thus I'm generally familiar with permit processes just not here .

Digital Issuing - Im pretty good with email and the website, so I could try the digital issue process?

In person issuing - where would I go to do that (address) and what are the hours?

Plans - I have a copy of the drawings that were submitted for approval from my designer. Would I get anything else on USB? I am thinking not but please advise.

what is the process to get my permit? is it emailed, mailed, downloaded, etc.
